Orders with standard shipping may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping out.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been assigned a tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking information in the email confirmation or you can track your order here. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to go live after receiving a shipment notification email.
How soon will I receive my order?
Sayso Shades are shipped via existing U.S. Postal Service routes, reducing emissions and the carbon footprint created by other shipping solutions. Standard ground shipping delivers within 3 - 7 business days, not including processing times.
If you’re not satisfied with your items for any reason you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date if they are unused and in brand new condition with the original packaging included. A shipping fee of $5.00 will be charged to the same credit card for a return. Any returned items that do not meet our return standards will be mailed back to you without a refund.

How long does it take to process my return?
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement. Any special shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
